I have (for years) bought mobility aids and scooters online, only to be faced with continual stress due to products below satisfactory, and a poor standard of after sales customer service. I decided to spend a little more by going local, and found Regency Mobility online. I bought 2x scooters, and I could not be happier. I bought them on the Monday afternoon, and they were delivered the next day. I was shown how they operated, as well as how to cover them to look after them. They are new, so I do not expect any problems. I am however sure that should I need any further help, I would not have a problem. I am sure of this, as whilst I was in the showroom, I was witness to a phone call where an existing customer had called. I heard the response, assuring the customer of a time the issue would be resolved, and that it would not be charged for. Looking forward to shine travels with my mum. Thank you

Very helpful without pushing for a sale. Good selection of Mobility scooters along with other items to help in mobility situations around the home. Willing to talk through and question our requirements in order to ensure any decision would meet our needs.

Extremely pleasant manner and service. Delivered a recliner chair for my mother really promptly and removed the old one.

No pressure sales, allowed to try and play with the reclining chair we were interested in. Ended up buying two. Two weeks for delivery by the boss himself, checked prices online, shop price was better.

These guys have been helping my parents with mobility scooters for years. They’re very friendly, knowledgeable and will give you honest advice without pushing a sale on you. The service is excellent and they’re always on hand, definitely recommend.

Great place, good business

I was really impressed with the large variety of stock and choices available, particularly as I had expected a small shop tucked away in a small town. Excellent service and advice, and opportunity to try several different types, with no pressure to buy. (Although I had gone in just to get an idea of what was best for me, and walked out half an hour later with a new scooter and £2000 poorer).
