I was really impressed with the large variety of stock and choices available, particularly as I had expected a small shop tucked away in a small town. Excellent service and advice, and opportunity to try several different types, with no pressure to buy. (Although I had gone in just to get an idea of what was best for me, and walked out half an hour later with a new scooter and £2000 poorer).

I have (for years) bought mobility aids and scooters online, only to be faced with continual stress due to products below satisfactory, and a poor standard of after sales customer service. I decided to spend a little more by going local, and found Regency Mobility online. I bought 2x scooters, and I could not be happier. I bought them on the Monday afternoon, and they were delivered the next day. I was shown how they operated, as well as how to cover them to look after them. They are new, so I do not expect any problems. I am however sure that should I need any further help, I would not have a problem. I am sure of this, as whilst I was in the showroom, I was witness to a phone call where an existing customer had called. I heard the response, assuring the customer of a time the issue would be resolved, and that it would not be charged for. Looking forward to shine travels with my mum. Thank you

We first contacted Regency regarding stairlift options for my Mother who was at end of life care (April 2023). The service we received was excellent and the bespoke way in which the company sensitively dealt with the contract was outstanding in the difficult circumstances. Thoroughly recommend their service having been none too impressed with other local competitors.

These guys have been helping my parents with mobility scooters for years. They're very friendly, knowledgeable and will give you honest advice without pushing a sale on you. The service is excellent and they're always on hand, definitely recommend.

We were looking for a replacement for the Cabin Car mobility scooter which was beyond economic repair. As we live on Portland and have to negotiate some very steep hills it was important that the scooter, we would eventually buy, would meet our needs. We were advised of the pros and cons on a variety of models without any sales pressure. Thank you for all your help.
